Description in the Flos Olei guide

Present again in our Guide with a brilliant result, the farm run by Kristjan Brajko since 2011 is situated in Momjan, in the favourable northern district of Buje. It is an interesting estate consisting of 4 hectares of olive grove with 1,200 trees of several cultivars. In the last harvest 180 quintals of olives were produced, equal to a yield of 20 hectolitres of extra virgin olive oil.

Our panel recommends the selection proposed, the very good Extra Virgin Draga, which is a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, endowed with vegetal hints of freshly mown grass, artichoke and chicory, together with aromatic notes of rosemary and mint. Its taste is elegant and complex, enriched with a vegetal flavour of fennel and a finish of black pepper and almond. Bitterness is definite and pungency is distinct and harmonic.
