
Hiking trail: Across the Lagunas
A scenic 4.5 km coastal hiking trail connecting Plava Laguna and Zelena Laguna, featuring paved paths, Roman ruins, and panoramic views.
A scenic 3.8 km coastal hiking trail in Poreč that winds through pine forests, past beaches, and offers beautiful panoramic views of the town.
Starting point is at the parking lot at the town little port in front of the Municipal court, through the marina up to the granite sculpture "The Door of the XX Century" by Slavomir Drinković, then on to a paved path****along the sea towards the town beach.
Then trail leads on to the paved walking-bike trail along the sea to the Brulo bay and Jedro beach, to continue to the sport center Mediteran. From there you turn right by the sea around the peninsula on a paved path which continues on to a land –stone trail up to the restaurant Istarska Hiža which is possible to reach also by a little paved short cut through the woods from the sport center Mediteran (a marked bike trail, 100 m shorter). Further on asphalt and concrete paved trail leads to the Plava Laguna bay, then behind the café Blue center and information office right on to a paved path around the peninsula on which Rt Tedule is situated - a resting spot with a beautiful panorama of Poreč. Further on you go by the sport center of Plava Laguna up to the parking lot and the supermarket.
The return: Walking back on the promenade by the sea (lungomare) towards Poreč. From the pier in the bay to the town port there is a passenger ship and a few times a day there is a local bus line that goes to the Poreč bus station.
Notes: Almost the complete trail by the sea (lungomare) is in the shade of the pine trees, and during the night most of the trail is lit up at night (except the part Sport center Mediteran-lstarska Hiža). Suitable for roller-skating (the land trail around peninsula Brulo can be avoided by a paved shortcut through the woods).
